T\u00e9 com a objectius millorar la resist\u00e8ncia cardiovascular i la for\u00e7a muscular; Reduir l&#8217;ansietat i promoure un estat de relaxaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;entorn aqu\u00e0tic; Afavorir l&#8217;autodisciplina a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica cont\u00ednua; Impacte emocional i f\u00edsic: La sensaci\u00f3 de flotaci\u00f3 i el contacte amb l&#8217;aigua contribueixen a una major relaxaci\u00f3 i reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s.
